Teddy and Mylie argued about who found this place...but was Mylies idea to go there. I thought she meant some other place, but thankfully any disappointment was quickly dashed by the super helpful meat man behind the counter and his tasty meat. If you love meat, get amongst it.

Slovakian spice is actually spicy! Great texture and taste.. not a fan of the Cajun one - agree with other review saying it's too salty and like a stock cube.

Texture is not bad but seriously tastes like chewing on a stock cube after a few chews. Massively overdone flavour, zero finesse. The initial taste is good but it just gets way too much way to fast. If they tune it down a bit they will be on a winner with the rajun cajun.

Always keen to try out local products when I see them and I was blown away by Jerx Jerky Spicy Souvlaki. Great resealable packaging, just in case your road trip ends before you finish your third bag. The meat was high quality WA beef (nothing like the plastic like “meat” from some of the main brands), perfect size and tenderness. The label doesn’t lie, this is feel the burn spicy and very enjoyable. Looking forward to trying the other flavours. Great to have a high quality WA jerky on the shelves!

I've recently found your range of jerky at a local IGA and wanted to share my appreciation and gratitude for the products that you have created.The Mad-Draz has quite a respectable kick, the Spicy Souvlaki a bit less punchy, the Ragin Cajun has wonderful, full, sweet and savory flavour, the MDR Rockin is quite enjoyable, and the Italian is mild and tangy.Your products are definitely a favorite to fill the gaps where I've been too lazy to whip up jerky at home.Keep being awesome Jerx!
